All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or, after 3:00pm on Friday, or on will begin processing on the following Monday or next business day.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Though we want you to love our products, due to the sensitive nature of our products, all orders placed and received are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been received, processed and/or fulfilled. Should you, a) have any problems or issues with your order or purchase, b) have anything missing from your order, or c) receive the incorrect product(s), please contact customer service via our website, or by email at: email@example.com.
Customer service will respond to your hour inquiry within 48 business hours. If it appears that your inquiry requires research or an investigation, we will let you know in our initial response to you.
Shipping Policy and Information
Due to COVID-19, all orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks of purchase.
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number and you will receive confirmation of your order via email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail, if you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours. A tracking number should be available to view within 2-3 business days following the date of your purchase.
Shipping will commence during business hours only.
Transit times may vary depending upon your geographical location and unforeseen weather and carrier interruptions. Please review your tracking information for updates should you experience any delays.
If you decide to return an item, LeVaniteux will not cover the shipping costs to return it to us.
Shipping rates will vary based on your geographical location, the weight of your products and your desired shipping speed. Please be sure to review your shipping rate before placing your order.
For International Orders;
LeVaniteux will not cover any costs associated with customs. Please be sure to review your shipping options prior to placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LeVaniteux will provide tracking information for all of our items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package be lost in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier. If your package has been confirmed as delivered, and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the carrier and your local police department (if applicable).
If your package is undeliverable, due to input of incorrect the address, apartment number or for any other reason, and it is marked as return to the sender, we will contact you via email once we have confirmed receipt of your purchased items.
During this time, we are asking for your patience and cooperation as we navigate our new normal. It is our goal to serve you with the highest levels of care, by social distancing and packaging and sanitizing each product we deliver.
We promise to continue to follow the guidelines as recommended by the CDC and local government officials to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Love is about caring for others, sometimes even more than you do yourselves, so we ask that you partner with us to prevent virus spread by washing your hands, disinfecting each package you receive, avoiding large or small crowds, and staying home while loving on your skin. In light of shipping and manufacturing delays, we are asking for an extra dose of patience in fulfilling and delivering your packages. Please note we may experience delays in shipping out your orders due to the pandemic. Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to deliver your items in a timely, yet careful, manner.
It is our goal to deliver a high quality product. We have provided you with all of the information and suggested usage of our products. We believe our products are good and beneficial, as we have used them ourselves for years. We also understand that our products may not be for everyone. Our products are not intended to treat, alleviate, prevent or cure any disease, condition or ailment. Should you have any reactions or medical concerns with our products, please stop the usage of our products and consult a physician. If you are pregnant or nursing please consult a physician prior to using our products. Use of our products is at your own risk. In assuming such risks, LeVaniteux shall not be held liable for any medical claims that may arise as a result of using our products. Please note our products are not endorsed by or evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Although our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients, they may still be susceptible to allergens.
